Exchange

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can do so within 3 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with tags still attached.
  • Please reach out to our customer service team to assist with your exchange request.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Items marked as “non-returnable”

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Processing time may take up to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.
